Giuseppe 'Pino' Sannicolò Giuseppe "Pino" Sannicolò is Partner, Co-Founder and CEO of Before srl, a training and consulting company focusing on human resources development.

Before entering the training and consulting area, Pino passed through a long career in top management positions with international companies.

Pino Sannicolò was born in Milan in 1944 and, after classical studies he graduated in Physics at the State University of Milan. In the mean time he studied violin at the Milan Conservatory and became ski instructor with the Italian Sky School. Later on he also studied at the MIT Sloan School of Management of Cambridge (MA).

Pino is married and has two daughters, 34 and 4 years old. He practices skiing, diving, sailing and is an instrument rated aircraft pilot.
