John Hooper & Anna Kraczyna

Journalist John Hooper is Italy correspondent of The Economist and author of the The Italians (Penguin, Viking 2015). He is also a contributor to other publications, notably the Wall Street Journal and the New York Times.

Academic Anna Kraczyna divides her time between translating, simultaneous interpreting and lecturing at American university campuses in Florence. She is currently working on an annotated edition of a novel by Luigi Pirandello for an Italian publisher.
