Aylin Sekizkök

Aylin Sekizkök is the Consul General at the Turkish Consulate General in Milan, Italy. She assumed her current post in October 2011.

She graduated from the Middle East Technical University, International Relations Department in 1991 and joined the Turkish Foreign Ministry in the same year.

At the headquarters in Ankara she served as:

Third Secretary at the Bilateral Economic Relations Department (91-93);
First Secretary at Maritime Affairs Department (97-99);
Chief of Section at the Policy Planning Department (2003-2005).
Head of Department at the Security Cooperation and Intelligence Directorate (2009-2011).

She previously served at the Turkish Embassy in Kiev (1993-95); Stockholm (1995-97); Berlin (1999-2003) and Amman (2005-2009).
