Ian Simpson

Ian Simpson is a correspondent in Milan for Reuters, the world's largest news agency. He has been a Reuters reporter and editor for more than 20 years. During three decades as a newsman, he has reported from more than 20 countries in Latin America, the Caribbean, Asia and Europe, includiing four reporting tours in Iraq, as well as from the floor of the New York Stock Exchange.

Ian is a Kansas native, holds a bachelor's degree in English from Yale University. He is married and has two sons.
