Roberto Mancinelli
Roberto Mancinelli is an A&R executive, record producer and writer. Throughout his career, Roberto has worked with well known and emerging artists including Franco Battiato, Laura Pausini, Irene Grandi, Paolo Conte, Mina, Nek, Gianna Nannini, Vinicio Capossela, PFM, Nomadi and Adriano Celentano.
His career began in local radio in Benevento from where he graduated to Telemontecarlo, Videomusic and Radio Kiss Kiss.
In 1996 Roberto became the A&R director of the CGD label. He moved to S4 Records (ex RTI Music) in 2000. Two years later, he founded C&C Progetti Discografici.
Roberto was the A&R director of Sony/ATV Music Publishing Italy for 10 years (2007-2017), working from Milan and New York City.
In 2017 Mancinelli founded record label & publisher I Mean Music & Management. The first artist signed, singer-songwriter Braschi, was featured in the "Nuove Proposte" category at the 2017 Sanremo Music Festival with the song Nel mare ci sono i coccodrilli from the album Trasparente.
In 2015 Robert was recognized with the FIM AWARD Premio Italia - Discografia Italiana Nel Mondo for his work in promoting Italian Music in the US.
